90%+ of our custom builds are completed in 4-6 weeks. Generally the only reason for an extended build would be a unique custom integration that would involve a 3rd party which then puts us on their timeline and typically complicates/extends things a bit.
We do and will even provide you with our custom-developed loan content included in our quick-launch sites at your request. It provides a good starting point to edit/change rather than starting from scratch.
Our custom builds start @ $3,000. They also typically don't stray too far away from that figure, again, depending on the 3rd party integrations. If budget is an issue we definitely recommend our quick-launch product as it provides all the same options and 9 professional designs.
