Chances are you’ve either heard about GoHighLevel (GHL) or you may be using it in some white-label form currently as many of the biggest companies in the space utilize it whether they will admit it or not. It’s a great CRM out-of-the-box but not quite ideal when it comes to other Mortgage CRMs out there.
What’s Missing?
While it has all standard functionality (and then some) of other mortgage CRMs out there, it lacks a few key components and functionality to make it a good solution for mortgage professionals of which we’ve listed below (and addressed with lenderd CRM):
Quality Mortgage Website
Does GHL have a website builder? It sure does. Will you be able to develop a high quality mortgage website loaded up with lead capture forms, tools, calculators, home value automations, etc? The answer to that is no.
Solved: So what we did here at lenderd is build the tech to make sure our best-in-class mortgage websites connect seamlessly with our CRM so that every piece of data we capture on the front-end of your website makes its way into the CRM, is organized and categorized (and even automated) for follow-ups so you can rest-assured knowing no more of your data will fall through the cracks and instead will be readily accessible at a moments notice to send mass communication to and have it all tracked and timestamps for future reference.
Mortgage CRM Automations
Now we wouldn’t expect GHL to have any quality mortgage specific automations done for you out of the box as part of their default snapshot for lenders so it’s not necessarily a knock on what they provide in this regard but it is certainly lacking and not updated regularly.
Solved: We’ve added a handful of automations to the backend, from informational campaigns to happy holiday and birthday texts and even our own monthly market report that goes out for you automatically as part of our service. Our monthly market report is far from the canned stuff you would see at other companies that are planned 12 months out and exist for the sole reason of saying you have a newsletter. Our report is up-to-the-minute in regards to what’s making news when it comes to mortgage and real estate and something we aim to make so your clients will actually want to read it.
Custom Fields for Mortgage
Probably one of the easiest to add but can be a pain for some users as they just want something that works and is ready to go on day 1 and again, they add some as part of the default Mortgage Lender snapshot but it leaves much to be desired.
Solved: We’ve added a great deal of custom fields for ya in addition to the fact, as part of our setup, we add any additional custom fields you have from your existing database so you’re capturing all the data you want, how you want without limitation.
More Benefits of choosing lenderd CRM vs GHL directly
Higher Credit: GHL provides you with a credit every single month for things like sending text, emails & even phone calls. What we’ve done for our clients is double that credit so you can send 2x as much with us.
Added Support: While GHL does provide support to its users, we add another layer of expertise that will certainly come in handy when you need something handled quickly and efficiently. If you wanted this type of support directly from GHL, you’d be looking at around $500/month as of the day this post was written.
Discounted Website: If you take advantage of our website/crm combo pricing you essentially get our websites for half the monthly price so when it comes to an apples-to-apples comparison between our offering and virtually any other offering out there, we stand head and shoulders above when it comes to features & quality and surprisingly below when it comes to price.
